I needed this remote as a backup for my 2003 Chrysler Sebring. My husband and I found the do-it-yourself programming instructions to be too complicated for those who are not mechanically inclined. I took it to my local Chrysler dealership. They programmed the old and new remotes together, and they both work fine. (My dealership charged $60 to program.)
