I installed a Crimestopper RS-7 on a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. For this module, the hard part is removing the shroud around the steering wheel to get to the connection. This module comes with an inline cable. There are three plugs on the cable. The cable in the car connected to the module by the key cylinder is removed and plugged into this cable. This cable is plugged into the key cylinder module and to the remote starter/alarm system. A couple of tie-wraps and this module is installed. The remote starter needed a power connection, and a connection to the parking lights. Inside the package for the Fortin module is a coupon to use on their website to look up the wire locations and colors with pictures for one vehicle. A very nice surprise that made connecting the remote start easier. This Fortin module is well worth the money.
