Sound only, 2 Drill-in/Gray Sensors Car Backup System (SS2) Review

After researching back-up sensors I decided I just wanted one that had an alarm chirp similar to factory sensors. I had the factory sensors on a former Ford Expedition and wasn't interested in running wires to the front to see a LCD display telling me how close I was to something. The installation was simple and the drill tool worked fine. The sensors seem to fit snug in the holes after cutting out some energy absorbing foam. The wires ran easily along the back bumper and I entered them through the tail light assembly housing. I did have to cut the wires to the reverse light and reconnect the wires using connectors/electrical tape. It worked on the first try and the factory settings seemed just right without having to adjust the sensitivity. The alarm beeps once when you put it in reverse to let you know it is working. The alarm sounds like a bird chirp to me but it is loud enough to hear just fine. I am very happy so far and hope that I have no problems down the road. Hope this helps!
