I bought this in july 2011 and one month after in august it was not working I was strand at work and could not start my car because my alarm will not disarm I live in NYC and had to take a cab home and get the other remote and that did not work either after I spent 3 hour pressing the disarm button it finally open so I had to leave my car open in the bronx NYC all night because this happen in late evening and the installation place where I had it install was close I could sleep all night luck I live in a house and luck to find parking in the front so do not buy or you might be disappointed and get lock out your own car.Audiovox SS6900 Car Prestige Long Range Two-Way LCD Remote Start with Keyless Entry System Overview
