SoundQuest SQK8 8 Gauge Copper-Clad Aluminum Wiring Kit Review
Compared to some of the other cheap kits you see around here (and yes, I've bought them), this one is pretty good.The power/ground wires have good copper content. A bit smaller diameter than say "Monster" 8 ga but not far off. The speaker wire is decent, again with good copper content. The RCA's are twisted pair but have a thin outer covering so you might want to watch how you run them (interference could be an issue).
I needed this for a compact amp running around 200 watts. This kit worked very nicely to boost some new front door speakers. I would use it again for a small/medium amp install. If I got much over 350 watts, I would look for something a bit more robust.
