The Broken Car Remote Case Repair Solution Review

My FOB keyring attachment broke and I ordered this thinking it'd do the trick, and it did...for a month. Then it also broke. Ended up going with a case instead. Wish I would have saved my $ and just invested in the case in the first place.
This particular design has two adhesive ends - like tape - that stick to the inside of the back of your FOB. Then, the case snaps shut over the ?nylon? string. For me, the adhesive didn't hold, and the string slid out of the FOB.
Maybe reinforcing it with super glue would help? I just feel it is too important of a device to lose.
