Received this promptly as with all Amazon shipments. There were no instructions, just a paper saying to visit the website to download the most recent installation guide, which I did. Installed, it wouldn't program, I checked with people on a forum which said I probably had the older model, and were using the wrong install manual. I downloaded the older manual, and reinstalled. It wired up very different. It programed and worked. So far it is great, I think they should be more specific on the box as to which instructions to use. Install and programing was easy (using the right manual)If you are buying one of these check and see if it is the newest Firmware.
